Beratung, a leading international management consultancy, is seeking a Business Performance Manager to join the RTN Business Development and Technology team. Based in the GBS Center in Warsaw, you will drive the finance function and coordinate globally with leadership and regional operations.

You will develop and expand the RTN financial framework, manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and lead a small team of financial coordinators while collaborating with internal finance partners and

Formación

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data for trends.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Direct a team of financial coordinators and escalate finance process matters.
• Develop analytics, KPI dashboards and pricing insights for leadership.
