WSP is seeking an AI Change Enablement & Communication Lead to design and implement change strategies that drive AI adoption across a global organization. You will shape messaging, enablement materials, and governance-aware communications to ensure responsible AI use and measurable impact.

The role involves coordinating across regions and functions, delivering executive-ready content, and facilitating workshops to translate complex AI concepts into practical business value.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in change management, internal communications, digital adoption, or transformation enablement.
• Experience supporting technology, digital, or AI-related initiatives.
• Designing and executing structured change plans (audiences, behaviors, barriers, interventions).
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with multi-channel campaigns.
• Executive-level communication and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Data-driven, able to measure adoption and iterate from insights.
• Ability to explain AI capabilities, limitations, and use cases clearly.
• Promote responsible and safe use of technology; multicultural collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute AI change enablement and communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Define audiences, behaviors, barriers, and interventions to drive adoption.
• Own internal communications including campaigns, leader toolkits, and updates.
• Produce executive materials summarizing impact, progress, and next steps.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical messaging and real use cases.
• Gather frontline feedback and refine strategies based on insights.
• Measure engagement and adoption with defined KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions across a distributed global organization.
