Qualifications

• 3+ years in fullstack/backend engineering within high-scale, high-availability systems.
• Expert-level Node.js and TypeScript, with NestJS or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, CQRS/DDD.
• RESTful APIs and asynchronous event-based communication.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and schema design.
• Solid understanding of React and frontend best practices.
• Knowledge of state management (React Query, Context API, hooks).
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and component-driven architecture.
• Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools like Prometheus and Splunk.
• Excellent collaboration in distributed, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable custody solutions with product managers and DevOps.
• Build and maintain backend microservices in TypeScript/Node.js.
• Integrate with blockchain networks and external systems for asset movements.
• Contribute to frontend apps built with React and Next.js for visibility and UX.
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time processing.
• Write reusable, testable code with high performance and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize data models, APIs, and architectures.
• Participate in technical reviews, mentor engineers, and own services end-to-end.
