Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in financial markets, fintech, and technology applied to the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes related to financial markets and industry best practices.
• Assist with trade confirmation, reconciliation, settlement, and monitoring of financial transactions.
• Participate in requirements workshops and document business needs.
• Support functional testing to validate configurations and processes.
• Contribute to implementation phases including analysis, configuration, testing, and support.
• Participate in internal training programs focused on financial markets and the MX.3 platform.
• Interact with cross-functional teams in a multicultural and international environment.
• Assist in incident follow-up and analysis under guidance of experienced consultants.
