Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Finance and Automation Manager to own day-to-day accounting—ledgers, month- and year-end close, tax-compliance oversight, AP and payroll—while building end-to-end finance tooling. This is a player-coach role reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager and leading a team of 3.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution and shipping automation using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Pro) and collaborating with US-based partners to drive scalable processes

Formación

Ledgers, month-end close, tax, AP, payroll experience.
Experience managing a small accounting team.
Proven ability to build and ship finance tooling and automations.
Experience with US-based companies.
Strong English communication skills.
Latam-based considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

Own financials, month-end close, reports and models, cash flow, budgeting processes.
Manage, coach, and develop an accounting team.
Oversee AP and payroll delivered by the team.
Own cash oversight and coordination with banking partners.
Build and ship internal finance tooling end to end—dashboards, automations, and web apps.
Partner with the Finance Transformation Manager for strategic support.
