Job summary

Sieyuan Electric is seeking a Field Electrical Services Engineer to represent Sieyuan on customer sites, delivering installation, commissioning, and technical service for high voltage substation equipment. You will travel locally and regionally to support projects across Chile and Argentina, performing on-site work with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on electrical experience, English proficiency for international coordination, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 2 years hands-on electrical engineering experience; substation/ HV/ MV equipment experience preferred.
Conversational English proficiency required for international teams.
Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and power transmission for substation equipment.
Provide primary technical support, diagnose faults, and implement robust solutions.
Train and guide local clients on equipment operation and safety to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-regional teams and manage on-site safety and tools per SOPs.
