Checkr is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Acquisition Bulk team, the engine behind Checkr's national criminal database. You will coach, build, and inspire a high-performing tech ops group to meet company objectives while partnering with product to deliver features at scale.

You will shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and drive responsible decisions in a highly regulated domain. This role operates in a hybrid setup with Checkr's hub in Santiago, Chile.

Formación

• 4+ years as an engineering manager.
• 8+ years as an engineer.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing quality incidents as both a technical lead and communication lead.
• Experience working on products at scale with data, legal, human impact considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical vision for the team.
• Partner with product management to build new features.
• Reduce technical debt and scale architecture sustainably.
