Mastercard is seeking a Director, Services Business Development, Public Sector to lead growth across assigned markets. You will develop the Public Sector Services strategy, identify opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and drive end-to-end sales and contracting.

You will collaborate with country managers, policy, product and delivery teams to align Mastercard's capabilities with public sector priorities and deliver measurable client value. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Significant experience in business development, consultative selling or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of originating, developing and closing complex B2B or government opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience engaging senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with public banks, public sector agencies or other Public Sector institutions.
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, solution development, and contracting.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred; fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Public Sector Services growth strategy for assigned markets.
• Identify and prioritize public sector institutions, banks, stakeholders and opportunities with strategic potential.
• Build a robust pipeline and manage opportunities from prospecting to commercial close.
• Co-own end-to-end sales process including proposals, negotiations and contracting.
• Collaborate with country managers, policy, product, delivery and cross-functional teams to align capabilities.
