Mastercard seeks a Director, Services Business Development, Public Sector to lead growth strategies for public institutions and public banks across assigned markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and guide opportunities from qualification to contracting, working with policy, product, and delivery teams.

Competenze

• Significant experience in business development, consultative selling or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of originating, developing and closing complex B2B or public sector opportunities.
• Experience engaging senior and C-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience working with public banks, public sector agencies or other Public Sector institutions.

• Develop and execute the Public Sector Services growth strategy for assigned markets.
• Identify and prioritize client and solution opportunities with senior decision-makers.
• Build a robust pipeline and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
