BHP Chile is seeking a Manager Delivery within the Digital Team to lead the development and execution of digital products in the Maintenance Domain. You will guide product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive adoption across multiple stakeholder groups while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business value.

The role requires agile delivery experience, change management, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Manages development and execution of one or more products to solve a business problem.
• Guides the Maintenance Domain Lead on conceptualising, planning, prioritising and implementing product(s).
• Ensures on-time, on-budget delivery and tangible business value.
• Engages diverse internal and external stakeholders through workshops and storytelling to drive adoption.
• Improves user experience by enhancing usability and accessibility of design solutions.
