BHP Chile in Santiago seeks a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the development and execution of digital products, guiding cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders toward measurable business outcomes. You will prioritise work, drive adoption, and deliver in a fast‑paced environment, applying Agile, change management, and user‑centred design to align with global Digital initiatives.

Formación

• Qualification or equivalent in Business, Management, Commerce, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Maintenance processes and systems (Mobile equipment and/or Fixed Plant).
• Experience in Digital product delivery and leading complex projects.
• Experience in leading diverse teams and large stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Organisational Change Management.

The challenged Ahead

This role will manage the development and execution of one or more products to solve a business problem. It provides guidance to the Maintenance Domain Lead focussed on conceptualising, planning, strategically prioritising and implementing product(s).

Key Accountabilities Include

• Executes one or more products or initiatives to scope, on time and on budget and ensures business value delivery.
• Manages a diverse team to develop and implement a solution and execute the business capability adoption.
• Ensures performance of the team, enabling high performance of team members to deliver project/s on schedule and budget. Fosters a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment, promoting trust, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders. Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience. Ensures that the solution is adopted by the business.
• Enhances user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution (working with Experience and Business Adoption resources).

You Have

• A qualification or equivalent in Business, Management, Commerce, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Maintenance processes and systems (Mobile equipment and/or Fixed Plant)
• You are a high performer with prior experience leading complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups and geographical locations
• Experience in digital product delivery.
• Experience in leading diverse teams and large complex stakeholder management
• An understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience in Organisational Change Management
