BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Azure) to design and build scalable data pipelines for high-performance analytics. You will ensure reliable data flow and accessible architectures to support decision-making.

Key duties include designing ingestion/processing pipelines, implementing data transformations, and maintaining data quality and CI/CD practices. You will collaborate with engineering and business teams in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Azure or related field.
• Strong Python and SQL with cloud data platforms.
• Experience with ETL/ELT design and CI/CD practices.
• High data quality standards and English proficiency.

As a Senior Data Engineer (Azure), you will design and construct robust data pipelines to enable high-performance analytics. You will ensure the seamless flow of business-critical information, establishing stable architectures that make data reliable and accessible for organizational decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines within the cloud ecosystem.
• Implement efficient workflows and schedule complex data transformations to support downstream analytics.
• Establish best practices for data quality, testing, and continuous deployment across modern data infrastructure.
• Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and security of centralized cloud data platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to structure data into analytics-ready schemas.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Azure Development, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, advanced SQL, and cloud data platforms or warehouses.
• Proven expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design and workflow orchestration.
• Solid understanding of data quality, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
