BairesDev is actively seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to design and govern the foundational data systems for enterprise-scale analytics and AI initiatives. You will align complex infrastructures with business goals, ensuring data is trusted and optimized for analytics.

The role demands strong expertise in data modeling, governance, and cloud data platforms, with 8+ years in related leadership roles and fluency in English. This is a fully remote position with global impact.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise data architectures using Snowflake, Databricks or Azure Synapse.
• Strong data modeling and data governance experience with modern tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and reference models.
• Lead the design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models (dimensional and data vault).
• Oversee data governance and metadata frameworks for data quality and compliance.
• Architect scalable cloud-native data platforms and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set architecture guardrails and roadmaps.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations to validate data modeling and integration.

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will design and govern the structural foundations of our enterprise-scale data systems. You will align complex technical infrastructures with strategic business goals, ensuring that data is trusted, discoverable, and optimized for analytics and AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture strategy, including reference models and standards across the organization.
• Lead the design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional and data vault methodologies.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance and metadata frameworks to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Architect scalable cloud-native data platforms and integration patterns for diverse data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture guardrails and influence platform strategy decisions.
• Build architectural prototypes and reference implementations to validate data modeling and integration logic.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or a related enterprise-scale leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise data architectures using platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and data vault.
• Strong experience implementing data governance frameworks and tools such as Unity Catalog or Collibra.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, strategic technical blueprints and roadmaps.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
