Experian in Chile seeks a Data Consultant to manage main Data Management client relationships, helping furnishers maintain data quality and translate analytics needs into requirements. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for improved data management and deliver insights using analytics tools.

The role reports to the DIS Consulting Manager and requires strong English, 2+ years in client-support, and experience with data warehouses or BI tools such as Tableau/Alteryx.

Job Description

You will manage main Data Management client relationships to help Experian's data furnishers maintain the quality of their reported data. The Data Consultant will collaborate and consult with important partners to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management, translating our needs into analytics requirements data management as a result.

Responsibilities

• First contact for our data furnishers on data reporting and data integrity; includes education on best practices in data reporting
• Consult on Data Integrity Services products (Metric Report and DataArc) for our smaller clients and products
• Navigate a complex business environment and work with important partners in Marketing, Sales, and Data Management to support data reporting integrity

You will report to: DIS Consulting Manager

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• 2+ years of experience in client support
• Experience analyzing results and translating into relevant presentations for diverse audiences
• Experience with the Credit Reporting Resource Guide
• Strong (Word, Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerPoint)
• Financial industry knowledge
• Experience working with data warehouse or analytical tools for business purposes (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Athena, Glue, SageMaker, etc.)
