Job summary
Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Quantity Surveyor for Critical Infrastructure projects in Santiago. You will provide commercial control, quantity measurement and valuation support across complex packages, including BIM take-offs and cost baselines, and you will verify site progress and contractor valuations.
You will also support tender evaluations, assess variations and change orders, and benchmark costs to drive accurate final accounts.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Experience on industrial or data center projects.
- Proficient in BIM and WBS.
- Professional English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial control, quantity measurement and valuation support across construction packages.
- Perform BIM quantity take-offs and develop BOQs and cost baselines.
- Verify site progress and review contractor valuations.
- Support tender evaluations and assess variations and change orders.
- Benchmark costs and support final account settlements.
