Job summary

Ersilia is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead a small on-site technical team supporting a hyperscale data centre operator in Santiago. You will own delivery, performance, and client relationships for the site, reporting into a remote leadership team.

You will manage field technicians across multiple sites in Santiago, ensuring KPI/SLA targets are met, and run regular reviews with the client. This role combines hands-on leadership with autonomous day-to-day operations in a critical

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical teams in data centres or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong project management with KPI/SLA delivery experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Confident, trustworthy communicator with client-facing duties and light-touch remote oversight.
• Able to hit the ground running; not a training role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data centre field technicians across multiple sites in Santiago.
• Own delivery against KPIs and SLAs; drive root-cause fixes when targets are missed.
• Run weekly performance reviews with the client and contribute to monthly leadership reviews.
• Be the on-site point of contact with a high degree of autonomy.
• Coordinate resourcing, remove blockers, and ensure safety and procedures compliance.
