Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Customer Contract Operations Analyst to enhance customer experience by driving operational excellence across the supply chain. You will promote on-time delivery, manage key metrics, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer data analytics and strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in customer data analytics or customer experience.
Experience with key accounts or strategic customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into customer-focused insights.
Experience with Voice of Customer tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction initiatives and action plans.
Transform data and service performance metrics into actionable insights.
Interpret VOC feedback and survey results to drive improvements.
Develop tools to monitor and report customer satisfaction trends.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Center teams to improve service delivery.
Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate internal stakeholders for aligned customer-focused solutions.
Support customer business reviews with data-driven analysis.
