Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Santiago is seeking a Social and Content Strategist to lead social media and content streams. You will manage editorial content for channels and oversee paid campaigns, reporting to the Social and Content Manager or Head of Digital Marketing.

This permanent, full-time role focuses on QA of community management, developing best practices, and generating insights through daily monitoring and reporting.

• Contributes creative ideas for community engagement
• Copywrites for branded social media channels
• Monitors channels daily, extracts insights and prepares reports
• Manages and organises editorial content for social channels, including paid campaigns

The purpose of this role is to deliver the Social and Content Strategy, managing social media channels and content streams, reporting to the Social and Content Manager or Head of Digital Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts quality assurance on all community management activity that is taking place
• Establishes processes, practices and best practice for category leading community management activity
• Contributes creative ideas on how we can get more out of our communities
• Copywrites for a variety of branded social media channels
• Monitors social media channels on a daily basis, pulling out insights and preparing reports
• Manages and organises editorial content for social channels, including paid campaigns
