This permanent, full-time role focuses on QA of community management, developing best practices, and generating insights through daily monitoring and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Quality assurance on all community management activity
• Establish processes and best practices for community management
• Contributes creative ideas for community engagement
• Copywrites for branded social media channels
• Monitors channels daily, extracts insights and prepares reports
• Manages and organises editorial content for social channels, including paid campaigns
