Jobgether is seeking a Cloud Engineer based in Chile to join a technical team that supports and scales modern cloud-based data environments. You will onboard applications to Databricks, build DLZs, and work with Azure resources, IaC, automation, and deployment pipelines.

You will also provide first-line support, troubleshoot requests, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks while improving operational workflows. This role blends hands-on cloud engineering with application support.

Formación

• 1–3 years of Databricks experience in a technical or operational environment.
• 1–3 years of Azure Data Factory experience.
• Experience in application support, technical operations, cloud support, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Azure; AWS/GCP exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Knowledge of Databricks Unity Catalog, RBAC, authentication, and Delta Sharing desirable.
• Experience with Terraform/Bicep/AWS CDK.
• CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions is a plus.
• Scripting with Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; proactive problem solving.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to application teams via ServiceNow, resolving Databricks and cloud-related requests.
• Gather, clarify, and analyze requirements for onboarding new DLZs.
• Execute pipelines and scripts to provision or modify Azure and Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of Azure resources using IaC practices.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop automation to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Create and improve documentation covering support procedures and configurations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of cloud support operations and the Databricks environment.
