Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 10+ years in infrastructure, road or rail projects – must.
• Proven sales and business development experience in construction or infrastructure – must.
• Strong network with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, developers, and government authorities in Chile – must.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively (about 50%) and work hands-on in the field – must.
• Fluent in English; Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales activities across Chile, focusing on road, railway, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing long-cycle sales processes.
• Build strategic relationships with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, government authorities, and infrastructure owners.
• Drive market penetration across roads, railways, airports, ports, mining, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from opportunity identification through negotiations and execution.
• Serve as the commercial liaison between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular customer visits and site meetings across Chile.
