Qualifications

• Graduates of Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (≤1 year since graduation) or current students with eligible status.
• Strong interest in corporate finance and a genuine desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and updating financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) under senior guidance.
• Support financial statement analysis and data gathering on performance, trends, and market data.
• Contribute to live M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions through data collection and organization.
• Help prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books and presentations with team support.
• Organize due diligence materials and data rooms for deal processes.
• Compile news and financial data for client and prospect meetings.
