Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for multiple scenarios.
• Perform valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, LBO).
• Prepare and review transaction analyses (accretion/dilution, value creation).
• Support day-to-day deal execution with deal teams, clients, and advisors.
• Manage due diligence workflows and data rooms.
• Review information to support transaction decisions.
• Prepare pitch materials and management presentations.
• Analyze transaction rationale, structure and impact to inform recommendations.
• Monitor market developments and incorporate insights into deliverables.
