Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and LBO analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to analyze outcomes under multiple scenarios.
• Perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout analysis.
• Prepare and review transaction analyses, including accretion/dilution and value creation assessments.
• Support day-to-day deal execution by coordinating with deal team members, clients, counterparties, and external advisors.
• Manage due diligence workflows, including maintaining data rooms and tracking information requests and responses.
