Job summary

EQUANS Chile is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our global Digital Workplace team. You will administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, ensuring secure, scalable collaboration for users across more than 20 countries.

In this role you will troubleshoot incidents, manage user provisioning and access governance, and contribute to runbooks and documentation while collaborating with international IT teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
