Job summary

Sandvik AB is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Associate R&D Professional to support product lifecycle and manufacturing excellence. You will manage engineering documentation, CAD models, BOMs, and manufacturing routes while collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.

The role requires strong CAD skills, GD&T knowledge, and experience with PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD software (CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and update 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Manage CAD data and drawing revisions in PLM system.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
• Develop manufacturing routes and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Support warranty investigations and continuous improvement.
