Teva Chile is seeking a senior Finance and Accounting leader to oversee Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax operations, ensuring reliable information and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with the shared services center, regional teams, and corporate partners to maintain strong internal controls and deliver high-quality financial processes.

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Auditing, Taxation, or Finance Operations; 4–5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in multinational companies with closings, reporting, tax and compliance, internal controls and audits.
• Experience managing operations with out-of-country shared service centers and remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and direct the Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax strategy, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance and timely closings.
• Maintain solid internal controls and manage relationships with auditors, authorities, advisors and corporate teams.
• Direct the operating model between Chile and the shared services center, with clear responsibilities and service standards.
