Teva Chile seeks a senior finance leader to head Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax operations, ensuring reliable information, timely closings, IFRS/US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. You will align the local team with shared services and regional corporate teams, driving process improvements and automation.

• At least 10 years in Accounting, Controllership, Auditing, Taxation or Finance Operations
• 4–5 years in leadership roles
• Experience in multinational companies with closings, reporting, tax and internal controls
• Experience managing out-of-country shared services and remote teams
• Desirable pharmaceutical or health sector experience
• Preferably manufacturing/PHarma background

Our Team, Your Impact

This role leads Teva Chile's Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax operations, ensuring reliable information, timely closings, regulatory compliance and a solid internal control environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the operating model between the local team, the shared services center, and the regional and corporate teams, maintaining continuity, quality, and local accountability over processes. It will also drive the improvement of Finance Operations through simple and efficient processes, proper adoption of changes, and clear communication with internal users.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Define and direct the Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax strategy, ensuring reliable information, compliance with deadlines and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Chilean tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Ensure a solid internal control environment and lead the relationship with auditors, authorities, advisors and corporate teams, promoting the timely resolution of risks and observations.
• To direct the operating model between Chile and the shared services center, establishing responsibilities, service standards and monitoring mechanisms that ensure continuity, quality and local control.
• Promote the simplification, standardization and automation of financial processes, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency, the quality of information and the user experience.
• Lead the adoption of new processes and ways of working, communicating clear guidelines and strengthening the financial capabilities of internal users.
• Advise the Director, Country Finance Lead and the leadership team, anticipating risks, proposing solutions and facilitating informed decisions.
• Lead and develop the local team, ensuring technical capabilities, autonomy, focus on priorities and effective collaboration with regional and corporate teams.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Auditing, Taxation, or Finance Operations, including 4 to 5 years in leadership positions.
• Experience in multinational companies, leading financial closings, reporting, tax and statutory compliance, internal controls and audits.
• Experience managing operations with out-of-country shared service centers and remote teams.
• Experience leading process improvements, automation, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Experience in productive companies with a local plant. Desirable pharmaceutical sector or health sector.
• Preferably candidates coming from companies with manufacturing sites, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare sectors.

Education:

• Professional title of Auditor Accountant, Public Accountant, Commercial Engineering or equivalent career.
• Solid background in financial accounting, Chilean taxation, auditing and internal control.
• Specialization or diploma in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Management Control or related areas is desirable
