Lever, Inc. is seeking a Director of Worldwide Tax to lead a global tax function from Chile. The role spans US federal and international tax, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and compliance, with close work alongside CFO and finance leadership.

The position focuses on building a scalable tax operation, mentoring the team, and driving cross-border structuring, transactions, and modernization through AI, analytics, and automation across jurisdictions.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience, including U.S. corporate & international tax.
• CPA strongly preferred; MST or other advanced degree is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP tax implications.
• Experience with multinational organizations, transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements, and cross-border transactions.
• M&A tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration experience is preferred.
• Big Four or national accounting firm experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the worldwide tax function, covering U.S. federal, international, transfer pricing, and indirect tax matters.
• Develop and execute global tax strategies addressing cash taxes, ETR, tax risk, compliance, and business objectives.
• Advise CFO and finance leadership on strategic decisions, transactions, and material tax matters.
• Monitor global tax developments and assess implications for entities, cash flows, and financial statements.
• Mentor internal tax team and manage relationships with external tax advisors.
