Fitch Group Chile invites applications for a Finance Associate Director based in Chile. The role sits in the Group Finance team, supporting treasury, payroll, accounting and tax activities and ensuring local statutory compliance across LATAM.

Hybrid work is offered with three days in office and two days remote. The candidate should be a qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience, IFRS knowledge, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local requirements.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated track record in a finance team.
• Self-motivated, reliable and hands-on.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dynamic, proactive and collaborative across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Ability to liaise with colleagues across entities and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage treasury activities including billings, collections, payments, and cash flow oversight.
• Oversee payroll processes.
• Support accounting and tax activities.
• Prepare and review financial reporting for local requirements and Latin America hub.
• Support preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Interact with BRM and other departments to provide finance-related information.
• Support finance-related projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Collaborate across regional finance structure to meet business needs and timelines.
