Formación

• Education: four-year or graduate degree in related field; strong analytical ability.
• Experience: 4–7 years in operations, process improvement, or change management.
• Certifications: CSOP or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports execution of strategic plans to improve and optimize processes and capabilities.
• Designs architecture of key processes aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborates across departments to integrate processes within the organization.
• Utilizes data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Monitors KPIs and provides insights for continuous improvement.
