CHEP is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across the organization. You will identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver value by collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in IT projects and hybrid delivery approaches. You will contribute to meaningful initiatives and support UAT to ensure quality outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in IT-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Recommend and evaluate solution options aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely defect resolution.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive decision-making while preventing scope creep and maintaining project focus.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact project success.
