RWS in Chile seeks an AI Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training programs that boost employee skills and performance. You will partner with multiple departments to identify learning needs and measure impact.

You’ll create engaging materials, conduct sessions for new hires and existing staff, and continuously improve programs using the latest learning methodologies and industry best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Learning & Development, training, and instructional design expertise.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Knowledge of data annotation, labeling, and machine learning model development, with the ability to adapt to AI project requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and instructional design tools such as Articulate 360.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and update engaging training materials and learning programs.
• Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees using diverse learning methods.
• Adapt training approaches to different audiences and learning needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and support when needed.
• Continuously improve training programs by incorporating feedback, industry best practices, and new learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with the training team to standardize processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
