Fully remote, full-time role focused on identifying live-product problems, building AI-powered QA tools, and driving fixes with engineers, validated by data and regression checks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on QA, test engineering, software engineering or data work on live products.
• Willing to unlearn old habits and work AI-first every day.
• Track record of finding a real problem and getting it fixed with before/after evidence.
• Built your own AI tools (scripts, checkers, test automation, dashboards).
• Able to read code, logs, API responses and DB records to trace root causes.
• Strong written English for bug reports and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Go into live products and uncover unreported problems: data, flows, edge cases, failures.
• Build AI-powered QA tools quickly (scripts, checkers, validators, dashboards, tests).
• Use tools to identify root causes and drive fixes with engineers until resolved.
• Prove fixes with before/after data and add regression checks.
• Spot problems in other teams' products and help solve them.
