Job summary

AllShore Talent is seeking a senior engineer who can build and ship production software, understand professional creative workflows, and lead unscripted demonstrations for senior executives at enterprise customers. You will embed with large clients to deliver AI-powered creative production solutions.

The role requires full-stack expertise, hands-on coding, and a portfolio of shipped work; you will own engagements from discovery to deployment and renewal, turning demonstrations into sustained

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with recent, hands-on production coding.
• Deep professional mastery of at least one creative platform such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Substance 3D or similar.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows using tools like ComfyUI, n8n or similar platforms.
• Experience presenting complex technical solutions to senior enterprise executives.
• Demonstrated ability to turn executive presentations or demonstrations into adoption, renewals or expanded engagements.
• Public portfolio or verifiable examples of shipped work demonstrating both engineering and creative expertise.
• Ability to independently own an engagement from discovery through production deployment and customer adoption.

• Experience supporting medical, legal or regulatory compliance‑review workflows.

• DevOps experience.

Candidates must provide a public portfolio or verifiable examples of personally completed work demonstrating both:
