Nebius Academy, powered by Tripleten, seeks a part-time contract expert to deliver live virtual sessions for LATAM insurance operations teams. You will adapt existing workshop materials for the insurance context, present practical AI applications, and guide participants in applying concepts to their workflows.

Join a flexible, remote delivery program with support from Program and Customer Success teams, and help major clients transform operations through AI.

Formación

• Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Prior professional experience working in LATAM, ideally in Chile or with Chilean / LATAM corporate clients.
• Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools applicable to operational workflows.
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or advising business professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM.
• Prepare for sessions through dry runs and alignment with the Customer Success and Program teams.
• Adapt materials to the insurance / insurance-brokerage context.
• Explain practical AI applications for operations, including automation and decision-making.
• Help participants identify where AI can reduce manual work and improve visibility.
• Provide real-world case studies relevant to insurance operations.
• Support participants in applying course concepts to their workflows.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on AI adoption risks and governance.

What you will do:

• Deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM.
• Prepare for sessions through dry runs and alignment with the Customer Success and Program teams.
• Adapt already-prepared workshop materials, examples, and discussions to the insurance / insurance-brokerage context.
• Explain practical AI applications for operations, including process automation, workflow optimization, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision-making.
• Help participants identify where AI can reduce manual work, improve process visibility, and support better operational decisions.
• Provide real-world case studies and examples relevant to operations teams in insurance or insurance brokerage.
• Support participants in applying the course concepts to their own operational workflows and business projects.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on the operational, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption.

Requirements:

• Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Prior professional experience working in LATAM, ideally in Chile or with Chilean / LATAM corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, back-office processes, or process improvement in a business context.
• Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools applicable to operational workflows.
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or advising business professionals.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Professional English.
• Comfortable delivering virtual, live instruction to corporate groups.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with corporate / B2B training programs.
• Background in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, or change management.
• Experience working with back-office, claims, underwriting, finance, administration, HR, business intelligence, systems, collections, or other non-commercial operations teams.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI platforms in an operational or business-process setting.
• Portuguese language skills.
