Kaizen Gaming is seeking an intermediate-level Customer Experience Analyst with local presence in Chile to expand the CX operations of Betano in Chile. You will analyze data, map journeys, and translate feedback into actionable improvements.

You will collaborate with UX/UI and product teams, present insights to stakeholders, and help drive customer-centric initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of data analysis or CX experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis or customer experience.
• Gambling industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, fast-paced environment capable.
• AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades
