Ultimate Jet Vacations in Chile is seeking an Associate, Advisor Partnerships to front our Business Development team, qualifying and onboarding new advisor partners, owning the day-to-day management of micro-accounts, and keeping reporting accurate so BD leadership can act on real numbers.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, business development, or account management role; travel industry experience preferred.
• Native or fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of client requests, micro accounts, and reporting tasks.
• Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot, Tableau, or similar) and high attention to detail in data maintenance.
• Confident and empathetic communicator capable of hosting client sessions and managing 'not a fit' conversations professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Review client intake forms and route to the appropriate Destination Specialist.
• Reach out to clients for follow-ups and invitations to join forums.
• Host weekly open forums for prospective clients to understand UJV’s services.
• Support onboarding for new clients ensuring seamless and professional interactions.
• Manage qualification processes to determine which prospects move forward.
