Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist in Chile to partner with the Head of Marketing, turning strategy into structured execution and measurable campaigns. You will design briefs, roadmaps, and reporting to drive growth across the global advisor network.

You will build dashboards in Tableau, maintain UTM governance, and optimize workflows with HubSpot and AI-driven tools, collaborating across teams to scale marketing impact.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Management, or similar cross-functional marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Advanced HubSpot experience, including campaigns, reporting, dashboards, campaign objects, and marketing analytics.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau or a similar BI platform.
• Strong understanding of GA4, marketing attribution, and UTM tracking.
• Experience developing campaign briefs and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
• Strong analytical skills transforming marketing data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner directly with the Head of Marketing to translate strategic initiatives into clear execution plans.
• Develop campaign briefs, launch documentation, and marketing roadmaps.
• Support annual and quarterly planning initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare executive presentations, reporting packages, and business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and marketing performance.
• Own campaign planning from concept through launch readiness.
• Develop timelines and success metrics for campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution and maintain calendars.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Tableau and monitor KPIs.
• Develop executive reporting to communicate performance.
• Maintain UTM governance across all marketing initiatives.
• Measure marketing influence across the customer journey.
• Troubleshoot marketing tech and workflows to improve reporting and automation.
• Manage operational execution of the co-op marketing program.
• Create partner reporting and performance recaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner experience and program performance.
• Build marketing SOPs and standardize processes.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting and planning.
