NHS Scotland invites applications for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the Primary Care Walk In Service in Cowal, Argyll and Bute. This 12-month fixed-term pilot offers an opportunity to shape a new model of primary care in a rural setting.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering rapid assessment, treatment and care with autonomous decision-making and professional leadership.

Formación

• Registered NMAHP with advanced practice experience.
• Prescribing qualification would be highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred assessment, treatment and care in rapid primary care.
• Utilise autonomous decision-making and leadership to design, deliver and evaluate a new primary care model.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, contribute to service redesign and risk management.
