Ria Money Transfer is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Acquisition team. You will help enhance journeys for registration, onboarding, and identity verification, working across web, mobile, and multiple markets.

The role is hands-on and early-career, with AI tools and daily collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, Compliance, and regional teams. Youll own a defined part of the acquisition journey over time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in product management, operations, consulting, or analytics.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work and curiosity to expand scope.
• Strong analytical thinking and customer behavior curiosity.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex info into actionable steps.
• Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Use data, feedback, and market insight to identify friction and opportunities.
• Investigate registration, onboarding, login, authentication, and identity verification.
• Draft requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to clarify requirements.
• Track progress, decisions, blockers, and follow-up actions.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release prep.
• Run hands-on verification of features before/after release.
• Monitor rollout, errors, and country-specific requirements.
• Own outcomes with defined metrics and post-launch learning.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and uplift team AI skills.
• Align Compliance, Privacy, Legal, Operations, and regions early.
