Astec Industries Latam is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in Chile. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, expense reports, and related accounting activities across LATAM operations.

You will handle vendor invoices, expense reporting, and weekly payment proposals, while maintaining compliance with tax withholdings and VAT regulations. The position requires on-site work in Renca and a detail-oriented, organized mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or Oracle preferred) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and service fee receipts.
• Review and record employee expense reports.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals.
• Monitor advances and employee funds.
• Control corporate credit card expenses.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax withholding and VAT regulations.
• Support reporting, analysis, and other accounting activities.
