Job summary

APM Monaco in Zurich is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to join our boutique team. You will welcome customers, advise on products, and build trusted relationships to provide a unique shopping experience.

You will actively contribute to reaching sales targets, showcase brand stories, and deliver personalised after-sales follow-up. You’ll also help maintain boutique standards and support stock, visual merchandising, and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• You love APM Monaco and are passionate about sales.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in luxury/fashion retail is a plus.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn; adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and build trusted relationships with customers to provide a unique shopping experience.
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM Monaco products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers.
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up.
• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally.
• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist with stock management and inventory.
• Follow payment and POS procedures.
