ODM Partners, retained to appoint an Investment Director for a long-established international infrastructure investor, offers a leadership role across origination, transaction execution and portfolio ownership in a lean team based in Zurich.

You will originate opportunities, shape investment themes, lead transactions through the full lifecycle, and work directly with management teams to drive active ownership and value creation across portfolio companies.

Qualifikationen

• Currently working within a private equity investment firm.
• Experience investing across infrastructure, industrial, or asset-heavy businesses.
• Proven ownership across transactions and portfolio situations.
• Right to work in Switzerland and based in Zurich.

Aufgaben

• Originate new investment opportunities across infrastructure and adjacent sectors.
• Develop investment themes and build relationships that support differentiated deal flow.
• Lead transactions across the full investment lifecycle, from initial assessment through diligence, Investment Committee and completion.
• Form independent investment views and take ownership of key commercial and strategic decisions.
• Work directly with management teams and contribute to active ownership across portfolio companies.
• Support growth, buy-and-build and wider value-creation initiatives.
• Contribute to the continued development of the strategy and investment pipeline.
