Qualifikationen

• Strong academic profile from a top-tier university or business school.
• At least 10 years of full-time experience in an M&A / financing role at an investment bank, infrastructure private equity fund or a major consultancy.
• Relevant infrastructure buy-side experience with a strong deal sheet, especially in Energy Transition.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing value‑add infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Leading transaction execution and due diligence processes.
• Preparing equity stories and presenting investment memoranda to the Infrastructure Investment Committee.
• Active asset management of portfolio companies (incl. Board representation).
• Independent sector research and transaction origination.
