Zusammenfassung

Swiss Life Asset Managers, based in Zurich, seeks an Investment Director for value-add infrastructure private equity investments. You will source opportunities, lead deal execution, and manage portfolio assets including board representation.

Strong M&A and financing background with an international network is required. The role focuses on direct investments in core, core+, and value-add infrastructure assets across OECD countries, with European and North American exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Strong academic profile from a top-tier university or business school.
• At least 10 years of full-time experience in an M&A / financing role at an investment bank, infrastructure private equity fund or a major consultancy.
• Infrastructure buy-side experience is a plus; strong deal sheet and a network.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing value-add infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Leading transaction execution.
• Preparing equity stories and presenting investment memoranda to the Infrastructure Investment Committee.
• Active asset management of portfolio companies (incl. Board representation).
• Independent sector research and transaction origination.
