Benetics AI in Zurich is hiring a results-driven Sales Account Executive to expand our B2B SaaS footprint in the construction industry. You’ll qualify leads, run live demos, negotiate, and close deals with a fast, repeatable sales process.

You’ll stay on key accounts, grow licenses, and help shape our go-to-market strategy across Switzerland, with office presence in Zurich and flexible remote options.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, construction or the trades is a plus.
• A track record you can point to with strong numbers: new customers won, pipeline built, territory expanded
• Hunter mentality with energy, power, and you move before anyone asks you to
• A real appetite for speed. 20 days sales cycle bothers you. You want to know why a deal took that long and whether it could have taken eight
• A structured way of working, and CRM discipline (we run HubSpot)
• English at native level, german-speaking is a strong plus

Aufgaben

• Qualify the leads that come to us: trade shows, website, referrals
• Go and find the rest within your assigned territory by phone, email, social selling
• Run your own demos, negotiations and closes with the help of a strong leadership team
• Be where contractors are: trade fairs, events, industry gatherings
