Job summary

Coba IT Consultants in Geneva leads a major Microsoft workplace transformation programme for 1,600 users across 60 locations worldwide. The role will design, deliver and evolve modern workplace technologies, partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve user experience, security and productivity.

You will drive migrations (SharePoint Online, OneDrive), Entra ID, Intune and security/compliance initiatives, balancing strategic architecture with hands-on delivery and strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and migrating Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, CA, and IAM governance.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and evolution of modern workplace technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve UX, security and productivity.
• Drive migrations, security, retention and compliance initiatives.
• Manage project delivery and rollout of Microsoft solutions at scale.
