Kanadevia Inova AG is modernising its collaboration stack around Microsoft 365, leading architecture, governance and secure delivery. As a M365 Expert, you will own the platform, drive adoption, and govern change across teams in a multinational context.

You will collaborate with internal partners and external specialists to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-friendly Microsoft 365 solutions. Fluency in English is required and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, or consulting.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Viva Engage, and Exchange Online.
• Good knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management concepts; experience with PowerShell and automation is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical experts and business stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn in the evolving Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Job Description

Join our new Collaboration & Power Solutions Team and play a key role in advancing our cloud-first strategy and shapinga modern digital workplace.

As our M365 Expert, you will take technical ownership of the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform and help establish secure, scalable services and effective governance. You will also drive adoption through a champion community, change and adoption initiatives, training sessions, webinars, and expert talks—helping colleagues unlock the full value of Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the M365 collaboration platform: Lead the architecture, configuration and lifecycle of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, delivering secure, scalable and standardised solutions. Drive adoption and enablement: Lead rollouts and change initiatives, deliver training and community activities, and use adoption insights to improve services and the roadmap.
• Establish architecture and governance: Co-define M365 standards and policies, implement lifecycle and access controls, and work with Security & Compliance to safeguard data and meet compliance requirements.
• Ensure operational excellence: Act as the third-level expert for M365 collaboration services, support incident, problem and change management, and equip Service Desk and Operations teams with documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Translate business needs into solutions: Advise stakeholders, contribute to digital workplace and M&A initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent M365 solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, or consulting, preferably within large-scale or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Viva Engage, and Exchange Online, combined with a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and security.
• Good knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management concepts; experience with PowerShell and automation is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts and business stakeholders within a structured IT environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English, combined with a proactive, service-oriented mindset, strong ownership, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning in the evolving Microsoft 365 ecosystem
