Job summary

SAP SE seeks a student intern in Zürich with a focus on sustainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research topics, support sustainability projects, and help craft communications and content.

A strong interest in sustainability and business innovation is essential. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Sustainability/Environmental Management or related fields, have strong MS Office skills, and are fluent in English with good German (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Must be a university student with at least one more year of study remaining.
• Preferred fields: Sustainability/Environmental Management, Business Management & Communication/Media, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to handle multiple tasks and organize effectively.
• Fluent in English; German fluency is required; French is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills; proactive and reliable.

• Conduct market research on sustainability topics.
• Assist on partner- and customer-related sustainability projects.
• Shape narratives and content for sustainability communications.

What You'll Do

Working closely with our Chief Sustainability Officer, you'll get unique insights into how SAP is empowering organizations to become more sustainable by design – helping customers reduce their carbon footprint, comply with emerging regulations, and create lasting value beyond financial returns. Your assignments mainly include:

• Perform market research on relevant sustainability topics
• Support partner- and customer-related sustainability projects
• Shape the narrative and content creation for sustainability communications
• Apply innovative sustainability solutions to solve real-world problems
• Support key operational tasks to help the team work more effectively

What You Bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences for at least one more year
• Preferred fields of study: Sustainability/Environmental Management, Business Management & Communication/ Media, or a related field
• Computer skills: MS Office applications
• Language skills: fluent in English, fluent/very good German, French is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, social strength, self-motivation and reliability, expert in organizing and handling multiple tasks according to priority, storytelling, curious, and eager to learn.
• Others: natural interest in sustainability, business models & innovation
